Hello to everyone!
I´ve had this idea in my mind for quite some time, but didn´t manage to realise it. So I am turning to you if it´s worth trying at all.
So the idea is to mount the induced draft fan to the chimney outlet of the boiler. At the front of the boiler I would make two flaps for independent primary and secondary air intake, which would be driven with two Belimo motors.
Primary air supply in loading chamber would also be only in bottom part of the chamber.
For the first phase of the experiment I would only change the fan. I already have the exhaust fan on the boiler. The motor is Atas FCJ4C82S, same as is on some other boilers as working fan (Attack, Atmos, Burnit Alpha, etc).
Can I just change the wiring on the AK3000S module, so the controller would control RPM of the suction fan or will I destroy some components by doing so?
You can find the sketches in the attachment.
I really hope to get some answers from you...
Best regards,
