This is my new controller with flap.

This controller is for fireplace. But for my is better than any controller with fan speed control.
With controllers with fan speed control you lose chimney draught. Now i've got stable chimney draught and perfect gas temperature control.

For control the fan. I use the original boiler thermostat. I set the boiler thermosta at 95c max. More than 95c the fan switches off.
