Settings of Boss823's 28kW S4

I only have a 15kW that has lower default exhaust temp.
And a brand new chimney that can stand condensation and 60°C on top.
So 180°C is fine for me.
6% O2 was once a trial value and I just kept it.
Because of the low max exhaust temp. my S4 sometimes goes below 50% load, you remember "Kesselsteuerung".
I will therefore measure my burning temperature in the turbo chamber if it still reaches 900°C. But this will take time....

28kw has wider turbolators. Flue gas stays longer in your boiler/kessel. So its normal thats your fan runs beetween 80% and 95%. the 28kw version just burn faster than 22kw. It also depends how thick your wood is splited and how dry it is.
