How can I change on my froling 28 kw set point gas temperature from 210C to 200C or 190C?

I have a froling s4 28kw with 1800l puffer + 300l boiler.

Go into the service mode (code is -7), there you can change maximal and usual ex. gas temp.

I just tried to set it from 200 C to 190 C. In your opinion It is better 190 or 200C?
Which is your tem. setting?

this is my froling system:

If you click on "allinonestat" you can see that "vorlauf 1" detects always 127 C° also if the kessel is running and also if the kessel is off and its temperature is 30 C°.
What is "vorlauf 1" ?? and why it detects always 127 C ??

I have just looked into service menu and i discover this value (see image)

"flue gas temperature after the condenser" that It is 127 C.

what it is???
and how is possible 127 c If the kessel is cold?
It's an error?

And about settings....

My ventialtor is set to 95% (it works always on 95% for all the time, for only some minutes the fan goes down to 90-93% is it normal?.)
Lambda is set to 8%

I would like to try this settings for my froling s4 28 kw:

Max gas temperature 235
Set Gas temperature 190
Fan ventilator : 93%
Lambda: 8%

127°C means, that a sensor is not connected.
If you don't have a flue gas condenser (I am quite sure you don't have one), just ignore it.
Please read your user manual.
Be careful in the service menu, you can render your S4 unusable.
Please talk with your hydraulico and your local Froeling service guy and understand your setup before changing parameters.

Max gas temperature 250
Set Gas temperature 200
Max Fan ventilator : 95%
Lambda: 8%

Yesterday I changed It in:

Max gas temperature 235
Set Gas temperature 190
Max Fan ventilator : 95%
Lambda: 7,6%

What do you think?

What is "kesselstrg" value and what it rappresents?

The percentage of heating power? .....What does it means?

On my s4 28kw, it would say that if kesselstrg is 100% the kessel is heating for = 28 kw ?
And if it is 50 % the kessel is heating for 14 kw?
It is in this way?

...But I'm not sure about this.....
Look at the photo below just done:

Now kessel is cold but kesselstr is always 100%. ...and the kessel sure don't run 28kw now because it is off

It is working with this setting:

Max gas temperature= 235° (original it was 250)
Set gas temperature= 186° (original it was 200)
Lambda= 7,6% (original it was 8%)

What do you think about?

I noted that "kesselstrong" in the middle of the graphic is low (70-80%) ; It is ok or not?

ps. all others setting are default original by froling
