Hi
I have installed the temp sensor on the cooling coil pipe, so I can adjust the height of the sensor. In this way I can fool the controller, so that it shows 10 degrees less than it actually is. I have mounted it with stripes temporarily so that I easily can alter the temp reading.
I think that my exhaust temp position is good, see picture nr2 above.
I think you should adjust your primary air so that the fan works with at least 50% at working temp. Is it trying to have lower fan % you should decrease the primary air so that the fan needs to work harder to keep the desiered exhaust temp.
So you must adjust the primary air so that the controller works in the right range.
Have you orders a new regulator, or updating with new software? Please tell us more!
Feel free to ask questions! I am very happy so far, and I have only made one fire with the st-81! I think you will be happy too!
Regards Gordon
